Incorrect Orders
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the correct mailing address. We do not automatically make address adjustment unless we are notified by email. So please verify and make sure you entered the right address (that includes your apartment and suite numbers).

It's important to double-check your order and be certain your address is correct before finalizing and submitting your order. We are not and will not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to see that you entered the wrong address please feel free to contact us by email at contactveronachic@gmail.com with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped we will not be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. If for any reason your order is returned and you would like it re-shipped, you will have to pay the correct USPS shipping fee to have it re-shipped
